Dear Parents, Members, and Supporters,

Firstly, I would like to thank those who attended our 2nd Annual Wintery Mix Showcase Tuesday night.  It was a smooth and great production and PROOF that we have some very talented and dedicated kids in Manor ISD. :)

As you know, we are scheduled for semi finals on Saturday as the Manor Mustangs take on Cedar Park. The game will be at 1:00pm at Georgetown High School's Athletic Complex (we performed there earlier this year). Tickets are $12.00 at the gate or if you want to get pre-sale tickets, you can get them from MHS for $10.00/adults and $8.00/students. (512) 278-4800

Here is the game itinerary for the band and guard:

10:00am - Meet in the Band Hall

11:00- Depart for GHS

11:40- Arrive at GHS- Eat lunch (provided by the school district)

1:00- game begins

4:30- Return to MHS

If the Mustangs win this game, they will travel to Dallas, TX the following weekend for the 4A state finals. The game will be held at Cowboy Stadium. This historical season is so exciting for Manor ISD and the entire Manor community! This also marks 6 MONTHS that we've been in our marching season. THANK YOU parents for supporting your kids through this entire process. If it's a win or lose on Saturday, we will celebrate either way! The team and the band/guard have come a long way! WE ARE MANOR MUSTANGS!

I would like to send a shout out and thanks to Maria Florencio, Dawn Barker, Maria Hutton, Janie Serna, and Iris MacInnes for helping with the concessions Tuesday night at the performance! Thanks to all the parents who pitched in to make it happen. We sold everything!

Lastly, I would like to congratulate ALL of the students who auditioned for ALL-REGION last week. It was a very lengthy process to compete against musicians through out Region 26. Their hard work and preparation has undoubtedly made ALL of them better musicians.  I am proud to announce that the following students were recognized.
